भारत वर्ष में परिधान ( कपडे ) का बहुत महत्व है भारतीय महिलाओ की इसमें विशेषता रूचि होती है  जो की महिलाओ द्वारा किया जाने वाला सबसे अधिक प्रचलित कार्य है। इस कार्य में सभी महिला रुचिपूर्ण तरीके से यह कार्य करने व् सिखने की इच्छुक होती है। राजस्थान समग्र कल्याण संस्थान द्वारा हर वर्ष युवा वर्ग की महिलाओ के साथ यह कार्यक्रम संचालित करती है जिसमे लगभग 25 से 30 महिलाये शामिल होती है। यह कार्यक्रम लगभग 3 माह अवधि का होता है। जिसमे उनको कपडा की कटिंग ,सिलाई ,तुरपाई ,बटन लगाना ,पिको ,कशीदा ,किनारीपट्टी लगाना आदि सिखाया जाता है। मास्टर ट्रेनर इस कार्यो को बड़ी निपुणता  के साथ उस सभी को बारीकी से सिखाते है जिसमे वो इस कार्य में पारंगत हो सके। संस्था के इस कार्यक्रम  में मास्टर ट्रेनर द्वारा सभी को महिलाओ के वस्त्र व् बच्चो के वस्त्र सिलना सिखाये गए। जिसमे बलाउज ,पेटीकोट ,कुर्ती ,पजामा ,फॉर्क ,शर्ट ,नेकर ,इत्यादि थे। सर्वप्रथम मास्टर ट्रेनर द्वारा सभी आकर के फर्मे काट लिए जाते है फिर उन फर्मो की मदद से कपडे को आकार दिया जाता है और फिर उसे सिला जाता है और सर्वप्रथम छोटे छोटे आकार के कपडे के मॉडल ब
